TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING I / We hereby acknowledge the terms & conditions of B&C Fashion Ltd and agree that: Online Purchase & Delivery Minimum online purchase is $200 exclude GST. All orders will be shipped using our preferred freight or courier company within New Zealand. We will charge the delivery cost when the order is below the following minimum: Auckland $400 Cost - $2.80/box Outer Auckland $400 Cost - $4.85/box Short haul $500 Cost - $8.20/box North Island, further afield $700 Cost - $11.50/box South Island $1,000 Cost - $23.50/box Item Prices & Quantities All prices are include any discounts and listed for single units for the specified pack size. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are the total price for the item(s) exclusive of GST or any freight costs. Prices may be changed without notice, however prices are firm on any order confirmed by B&C Fashion Ltd and paid in full. The minimum quantities for each item, it depends on conditions; Mostly, 10 or 12 pieces. Goods Claims We will only accept the claims for faulty, damage or shortage provided that goods have been returned in accordance with these provisions, and repair or replacement is not possible. If you also change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, you must report to B&C Fashion Ltd within 30 days of receipt of order or delivery. In such cases a credit to the value of the goods returned will be made to the Customer’s account. Payment terms and Methods Payment can be made by online payment or cheque. We can also receive cash or EFTPOS payments for customers visiting our office. However delivery to FIRST-TIME customers will only take place when payment has cleared. When you make your payment within 10 working days, you can get a discount. The rate is from 7.5% and may vary items. Privacy Act Authorisation The customer hereby authorizes B&C Fashion Ltd to be supplied with any credit information that it may require. I / We further authorize B&C Fashion Ltd to furnish to any third-party with details of this application and any subsequent dealings that we may have as a result of this credit application being actioned. Conditions of Trade 1. Ownership and title to any and all goods supplied by B&C Fashion Ltd shall remain with B&C Fashion Ltd until such time as the customer has made payment in full for all goods supplied to the customer. 2. Payment must be made within 3 months, in the event of payment not being received by the due date, the Customer will be liable for any and all costs incurred by B&C Fashion Ltd in pursuing settlement of the debt, including all costs and fees of any third-party debt collection agency and / or Court. Personal Guarantee and security To : B&C Fashion Ltd I / We warrant all particulars provided by me/us are true and correct. I / We request you to open an account for the company named above. If I / We are unable to pay for the goods supplied to the customer the undersigned agree to guarantee payment to B&C Fashion Limited including debt recovery costs. I/ We confirm that the information supplied in this form is correct and that I/We have read, understand and accept the Conditions of Trade set out above.
